The Hotel was terrible. Don’t stay here unless you are looking for a 2 star experience disguised as 4.
My partner and my experience at this hotel was horrible. The first night we arrived, and we kept up all night by a sensor light with no ability to turn it off, except for a really tiny switch as small as an ant that was hidden underneath a rotating cover which we were only shown the next night. It would blink on for about 10 minutes off for 30 seconds, and then on for another 10 minutes, the entire night. The next morning we wanted to drink the water from all the different fountains as this is one of the popular attractions here, and the receptionist told us that only three were available and to not bother when in fact, all 12 were working.
The steam bath burnt our legs as the steam comes directly onto the back of your legs. The ceiling of our shower was entirely covered in black mould. Our mini bar didn’t work as the fridge was broken, and when we asked for a kettle and teabags to the room they couldnt provide as such. That was only a really cheap soap left in the room. No shower caps, no other amenities. we didn’t even get robes in our room, and when we asked, they said they don’t come with our room, for a spa hotel that’s terrible. The cleaning carts were left out with dirty towels all day and all night in the middle of the corridor.
It’s only saving Grace is that the location is great however, there are so many hotels that have as good location in this region.
Do not stay here.

Beautifully decorated property. Very relaxing atmosphere and the room was terrific. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the service was very good too! One of our favourite stays on this trip.

The position of the hotel is perfect, 2 min away from the center.
However that is where our positive experience ended. We got the "apartment" not the "basic" rooms. As a result we where taken nicely to a adjected building via the trash corridor with the nice freezer that looked just like one of those you keep bodies in, in horror movies. The rest of the hallway, was doggy and odd. The floor above us was a bird toilet. Inside it was spacious but even when things was new it was bad. The shower with black mold at the bottom with some new silicone put on top.
They should mention that some rooms are in a different class than the 4 stars on the front door. I give it 4 poops out of 5.

Очень понравился отель, особенно приятно внимание к мелочам- в номере кроме халата и тапочек в наличии зонт и самое важное для леди - весы! Питание великолепное- вкусное и очень сытное. Превосходная подача блюд. Процедуры понравились, время выбрано удобно. Расположение то что надо -самый центр. Бассейн с сауной и хамам манил каждый день. Огромная благодарность персоналу за наш великолепный отдых! Рекомендуем

Good location and nice staff, some of them did not speak english, but ok german. The restaurant closed very early, we did not get a change to test it. Breakfast was ok. Very clean room and bathroom. It was not possible to drive to the hotel, parking is down the street.
